The honest terms.

By donating to Road to Bronco, you agree to a few things written in plain language.

  1. This is a personal gift. You are giving money to me, Rihards, an individual in Latvia, as a gift toward a personal dream project. This is not a purchase, not an investment, and not a charitable donation to a registered nonprofit.
  2. You get nothing in return except a piece on the build and (if you choose) your name on the wall. No physical goods, no digital goods, no services, no future products.
  3. The goal is real but not guaranteed. I will do my best to reach €90,000 and document the journey honestly. I cannot guarantee the goal will be reached or that the vehicle will be purchased on any specific timeline.
  4. If the project is abandoned, you'll know. A final transparency report will be published on this site, and a decision about remaining funds (continue, refund, or redirect) will be made publicly with supporter input.
  5. Refunds are allowed within 14 days. After that, the donation is considered final.
  6. Trademarks belong to their owners. "Ford" and "Bronco" are trademarks of Ford Motor Company. This project is not affiliated with them in any way.
  7. Latvian law applies. If something goes legally wrong, the laws of Latvia and the courts of Latvia handle it.

That's it. No 40-page contract. No hidden clauses.
